Michela Masoero obtained a masters degree at the University of Turin, Law Department, with a thesis on criminal procedure ‘Criminal justice in Europe’ and today she is a lawyer from the Turin Forum. After having cooperated for several years with a prestigious firm in Turin, specialized on criminal law disputes, she co-founded the professional VMD-Law Firm (Varrasi-Masoero-Donadio), with offices in Turin, Milan and Alba (Piedmont). She is specialized in criminal law, corporate criminal law, bankruptcy crime, corporate law and compensation for damages. She attended some updating and formative courses, both at a national and international environment, among which the formative course ‘Recent Development in U.S. Law’, organized by the Fordham University of New York (USA), stands out.

Michela Masoero also works as a Tutor for the BAR Exam course known as ‘EsameAvvocatoOK’; as a tutor, she teaches criminal law and helps with the correction of the students’ papers, some of which end up in the e-book.
